This service is designed to give you specific, actionable feedback about your website to help you make it as attractive, useful and convenient to architects, contractors, specifiers and other buying influences as possible. Methodology: The website will be reviewed by an ARA professional panel of selected architects and spec writers employed by medium or large sized firms, recruited from past studies. The respondents will be required to have a minimal level of professional experience, use computers with specific characteristics and have a minimum level of familiarity with the web. Contractors, construction managers and other important buying influences will be added to the panel at additional cost. Respondents will be asked to review a website using an ARA-proprietary questionnaire which identifies the characteristics of a successful website.
